Ingr. per 6 persone (stampo da 22 cm di diametro)
200 gr. Farina 00
200 gr. Zucchero
100 gr. Burro
1 cucchiaio cioccolato fondente grattugiato (o cacao)
5 arance non trattate
3 uova
1 bustina lievito vanigliato
1 pizzico sale.
COME PROCEDERE:
Lasciate ammorbidire il burro a temperatura ambiente. Nel frattempo
grattugiate la scorza di 2 arance e spremetene il succo.
In una terrina montate il burro con 150 gr. di zucchero. Unite
i tuorli d’uovo tenendo da parte le chiare, il succo e la scorza delle due
arance. Mescolate con cura, poi aggiungete la farina setacciata con la fecola,
il cioccolato e il lievito. Infine incorporate le chiare d’uovo montate a neve ferma. Versate
il composto in una tortiera imburrata e cosparsa di pangrattato. Infornate a
170°C per circa 45 minuti.
Spremete le 2 arance rimaste, filtrate il succo e versatelo
in un pentolino con 50 gr. di zucchero. Lasciate bollire a fuoco dolce per
qualche minuto. Quando la torta sarà pronta, estraetela dal forno e lasciatela
intiepidire per 5 minuti. Con una forchetta o con uno stuzzicadenti lungo,
praticate molti fori sulla superficie della torta. Cospargete con il succo
ancora caldo e lasciate raffreddare completamente.

ORANGE CAKE SOAKED

Bake at 170 ° C for about 45 minutes.
Squeeze the remaining 2 oranges, strain the juice and pour it into a saucepan with 50 g. of sugar. Let simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
When the cake is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. With a fork or a long toothpick practice a lot of holes on the surface of the cake. Sprinkle with juice still hot and then let it cool completely. Cut the 5th orange into thin slices to decorate the surface.
