Ingr per 4 persone:
4 cucchiai di Olio
2 Limoni- succo
Sale
Pepe
Menta tritata
8 fette di pane tostato.
PER LA SALSA:
4 cetrioli
340 gr. yogurt greco
(2 vasetti di Total al supermercato)
2 spicchi di aglio schiacciato
1 cucchiaio di aceto bianco
1 cucchiaio di Olio
Sale
Pepe (facoltativo)
1 rametto di Menta per decorare
COME PROCEDERE:
Lavate i cetrioli e poi togliete la buccia lasciandone
qualche striscolina (aiuta a digerire meglio il cetriolo). Tritarli
grossolanamente nel mixer, poi trasferiteli in un colino, cosparsi con poco
sale, a perdere acqua. Dopo circa un’ora, metteteli in una terrina e aggiungete
tutti gli altri ingredienti. Mischiate
bene, decorate con un rametto di menta e tenete da parte.
Grigliate i petti di pollo su una bistecchiera. Preparate
intanto una salsina a base di olio, succo di limone, sale, pepe e foglie di
menta tritate. Mescolate bene e poi usatela per condire i petti di pollo appena
saranno pronti. Tostate anche le fette di pane e servitele per accompagnare la
salsa Tzatziki.
ENGLISH TRANSLATION:
GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST WITH TZATZIKI SAUCE AND CROUTONS
Ingr for 4 persons:
8 slices of chicken breast
4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 lemons - juice
Pepper
Mint - chopped
8 slices of toasted bread.
FOR THE SAUCE:
4 cucumbers
340 gr. Greek yogurt
2 cloves of crushed garlic
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 Tbsp Oil
Salt
Pepper (optional)
1 sprig of Mint for decoration
HOW TO PROCEED:
Wash cucumbers and then remove the skin leaving a some strips (helps to digest better the cucumber).
Roughly chop in the mixer, then place them in a colander, sprinkled with a little salt, to lose water. After about an hour, put them in a bowl and add all the other ingredients. Mix well, decorate with a sprig of mint and set aside.Grill the chicken breasts on a grill pan. In the meanwhile prepare a sauce with oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mint leaves chopped. Mix well and then use it to season the chicken breasts as soon as they are ready. Toast bread slices and serve to accompany the tzatziki sauce.
