Ingr. Per 2 persone
8 fette carpaccio di vitello
8 foglie grandi di radicchio
8 cubetti di toma o fontina
½ cipolla
4 cucchiai di Olio

COME PROCEDERE:
Mettete i funghi a bagno in acqua tiepida per circa 15
minuti o fin quando saranno diventati morbidi.
Lavate le foglie di radicchio e mettetele a cuocere in una
padella con la cipolla e l’olio. Salare e pepare e portare a cottura. Appena il radicchio è cotto trasferitelo in
un mixer e tritatelo insieme ai funghi.
Adagiate una fettina di carne sopra un mestolo da cucina. Al
centro ponetevi un po’ di ripieno di radicchio e un cubetto di formaggio.
Richiudete bene e formate una palletta leggermente appiattita. Proseguite così fino ad esaurimento degli ingredienti.
Mettete tutti i fagottini così preparati in un tegame da forno leggermente unto
d’olio, cospargete con un filo d’olio, sale e pepe e infornate a 170°C per 20
minuti.
Servite su un letto di insalatina. Un secondo veloce e gustoso!

BAKED LITTLE DUMPLES OF CARPACCIO FILLED WITH RADICCHIO AND CHEESE
Ingr For 2 people:
8 thin slices of calf (carpaccio)
8 large leaves of round radicchio
½ sachet (15 gr.) dried porcini mushrooms
8 cubes of toma or fontina cheese
1/2onion (minced)
4 Tbsp Oil
Salt
Pepper
HOW TO PROCEED:
Put mushrooms in warm water for about 15 minutes or until they become soft.
Wash radicchio leaves and put them to cook in a frying pan with onion and oil.
Season with salt and pepper and cook. As soon as the radicchio is ready, transfer it into a blender and
chop it with mushrooms.
Lay a slice of meat over a ladle. In the center put a little bit of radicchio and a cube of cheese.
Close well in order to form a ball lightly flatten. Continue this way until all ingredients are finished.
Put all the dumplings so prepared in a baking dish lightly greased
with oil, sprinkle with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper and bake at 170 °C for 20
minutes.
Serve on a bed of salad. A quick and tasty second dish!
